We were lucky to have such an experienced second guest on our show, Scooter Chapman. He was the voice of the Port Angeles High School athletic program, a KONP legend in many different regards, and is beloved by everyone. His legacy as a Lion, being one of the most experienced members of the Port Angeles Lions Club, is just one of the many things that come to mind when we think of Scooter Chapman.
